From JBL PartyBox sound systems and karaoke to music-synchronised lighting, we bring a high-end nightclub atmosphere to birthdays, private events, community halls and celebrations in York, Northam, Beverley, Toodyay and surrounding towns.
Delivery, setup and collection are included within 30 km of York. Delivery, setup and collection are included within 30 km of York. For venues further away, only the kilometres beyond 30 km are charged at $1.50 per additional kilometre for delivery and again for collection. A venue 50 km from York incurs a $60 total travel fee. Your final charge is confirmed before booking.
How does daytime hire work?+
Daytime hire is for up to five hours at agreed times, including a scheduled daytime collection. We confirm delivery, setup and collection arrangements before you book.
How do payments and deposits work? +
After we confirm availability and you accept your quote and hire conditions, we’ll advise the deposit amount and payment details. Payments are by bank transfer or cash by prior arrangement. There is no online checkout. A refundable security bond may be required and will be stated in your quote.
What does overnight hire mean?+
We deliver and set up before your event and collect during an agreed daytime window the following day. The Nightclub Experience and Ultimate Nightclub Experience are overnight-only. Overnight hire doesn't mean every battery light can run continuously all night.
Do I need to hire a DJ?+
No. You control the music from a compatible phone or music source after our demonstration. We supply the gear and handle setup; we do not provide a DJ or remain at your event.
Can I use the gear outside?+
Outdoor use is subject to weather, suitable covered placement, secure power, manufacturer specifications and our approval. A sheltered, dry and secure location is essential. We won't install equipment in unsafe conditions.
Is the fog machine always included in Ultimate?+
Fog equipment is included in the Ultimate package where the venue permits it. We must assess smoke detection, alarm arrangements and venue rules. We won't deactivate any fire-safety systems. If fog can't be used, we'll discuss the available options when quoting.
How long will the lights last?+
JBL PartyLight Sticks are battery powered, rated for up to eight hours depending on brightness and settings. The PartyLight Beams and PartyBox Ultimates require mains power. Overnight hire refers to the booking period, not uninterrupted Stick battery operation.
Can I change a package or add equipment?+
Absolutely. Use the Build Your Party calculator to add individual Beams, Sticks, microphones and fog, subject to availability. If your choices match an existing package, we'll apply the qualifying package rate.
Do you charge a bond? What about damage?+
A refundable bond may apply. We'll explain any bond, care requirements, damage responsibilities and cancellation terms before you confirm a booking. Equipment must remain in the agreed secure venue area.
How do I check a date or get a quote?+
Send us an enquiry below. We'll check the equipment, delivery schedule, venue and distance before confirming availability and the final price. This is not an instant booking or online payment system.
Are you insured and where do I find the full terms?+
Yes. Wheatbelt Party Hire operates as a fully insured business. The website provides a general summary only. Full booking-specific terms and conditions are supplied with the written hire agreement / contract issued for your hire and may include tailored provisions for deposits, bonds, cancellations, venue requirements, care of equipment and insurance-related conditions.
